Featured here on 'The Best Of' are tracks from 'No use Running from the Blues' and the highly acclaimed 'Bleecker-Bowery' CD which includes Packer's remake of Bob Dylan's 'All Along the Watchtower'and the Michael Packer - Nick Gravenites song 'Born in New York City' now known as one of the most popular songs about New York.Also featured here are live tracks recorded at the Greenwich Village Jazz landmark 'Sweet Rhythm'on February 1,2006 NYC.Featured on these tracks are singer - guitarist Michael Packer, pianist David Maxwell (James Cotton,Eric Clapton, Bonnie Raitt), Lou Marini (Blues Brothers,James Taylor), Jimmy Vivino (Conan O'Brien Show) and Felix Cabrera on harp. The original recordings were produced by Michael Packer.The compilation CD was produced by music industry legend Alan Lorber.
